Semi-annual Property Inspection

Our semiannual inspection will take place on October 10, 2025.  We are using this opportunity to submit revisions to our process to the community, along with the new checklist that was mentioned during the community discussion session earlier this year.

For this inspection:

• Sentry will be inspecting properties without community member accompaniment on October 10, 2025

• They will be noting discrepancies between the properties and the attached standards and submitting them to the ASC

• The ASC will conduct a confirming review of the properties on October 15, 2025 to corroborate Sentry's findings and to get photographic evidence to provide the homeowner of the item in need of remediation

• The ASC will then review all concerns and notify all members of the community as to the state of their property, those who have points of remediation, and those who do not, using the attached common form, on or before October 18, 2025

Those property standards that are found to be in need of remediation will require a commitment date from the homeowner, expressly accepted by the ASC, by which the property owner will review and remediate the issue.  For those properties that do not meet the commitment date, or those properties that fail to provide one, fines will be imposed upon your homeowner account with Sentry.

We hope that this revised process will yield high-quality inspections of the properties that are fair to all, clear in outcomes, and underscore the importance of abiding by our community guidelines.  Our intent is to use this opportunity to ensure that the new process will work for our community and to identify and remediate any exceptions that may occur during the execution of the process or as a result of this process.
