Our annual meeting will be held on October 19, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. in the Niskayuna Reformed Church on Troy-Schenectady Road. Order of business will be:

  • Approval of the 2026 budget

  • Election of Directors

  • Officer’s Reports

  • Summary of Property Inspections

  • Architectural Committee Report

  • Discussion of Community Guidelines
